今天是久違的休假第一天，本來想說下午要爬起來跟爸爸去小小運動一下結果睡到晚上九點多才醒來，中間設的鬧鐘早就不知道時候被關掉了
本打算的計畫打亂結果作息又沒調回來了><
看來只能明天好好把握休假時光，做一些平常上班沒時間做的事情啦~
這首是之前在某個視頻背景音樂聽到的，其實很早就聽過了，但是一直覺得曲調有點芭樂
沒想到久久再聽到一次竟然挺有感，而且歌詞寫得很不錯
有點像郭靜的心牆或謎幻樂團的"Demons"一樣
說的是每個人心中都有屬於他們的怪獸、心結，或者說是罩門
要融化它(牠)儘管不易，但是並不是沒有可能
必須循循善誘並充分的了解當事人才有可能慢慢打開他的心，引誘心中那頭猛獸出籠，融化他高築的冰牆
