最近覺得走路左腳都有點吃力，不知道我是不是也有潛在的長短腳..?
輔系運保系的好處就是我對自己的姿勢都處在警覺的狀態，常常提醒自己不要駝背、不要翹腳之類的
但是運保老師有說過不要矯枉過正>< 不過我覺得我沒有，我是真的有一些體態問題唉(看YT影片和網路推測的)
以後有賺錢要去物理治療看一下到底問題出在哪，斬草除根啊!
不然看到別人身材挺拔都好生羨慕 -///-
